# Enter Page

The full-screen front door that covers your store until someone clicks through.

A cover over the whole store: logo, clock, a vertical menu, optional social links and a bottom legal row. It sits over everything, so the shop is already behind it — clicking **enter** lifts it and what you'd built underneath is right there.

Add it to your home page above your other sections.

## Every visit vs once per session

**Every visit** shows the cover on each fresh load of the home page.

**Once per session** remembers that a visitor has been through and skips it until they next open your shop. Friendlier for returning customers, and it's the one to pick if you're running ads to the home page.

The skip happens before the page is drawn, so there's no flash of the cover on a reload.

## Background media

Same controls as the password page. Video plays muted on a loop — keep it short and under about 10MB so the page opens fast. The background colour also shows behind media while it loads, so set it to something close to the footage rather than leaving it white.

## Enter is a real link

Following it works with no JavaScript running at all. With scripts enabled the theme handles it instead so nothing is written to the address bar — which is what makes "every visit" mean every visit rather than "until you reload".

## The logo here is its own

The enter page does not use the shop logo from [Theme settings](https://github.com/cec-hdz/webexp-docs/tree/main/supra/theme-settings/logo.md). It has its own picker, with its own **Logo height on desktop** and **Logo height on phones**.

That is deliberate: this page often sits on a different background from the shop, and a mark that reads on white may not read on black.

There is no switch to hide it. A page that is almost nothing but the mark does not need one, and the switch that used to be here took the clock with it.
