Announcement Bar

The thin bar above the header.

A thin bar across the top of every page. Off by default — the reference layout has nothing above the logo, so turn it on deliberately.

Add Announcement blocks for the messages. Each block is one line of text with an optional link.

Find it in the theme editor under Header group, where it sits above the Header. The crossed-eye icon beside it means it's hidden; click it to show the bar.
