# Customer Accounts

Login, register, account and order pages.

All the customer templates are included and styled to match: login, register, account, addresses, order detail, activate account and password reset.

They use the theme's narrower content column and the same monospace forms as the rest of the store.

## Turning accounts on

Accounts are a Shopify setting, not a theme one — **Settings → Customer accounts** in your admin. Choose whether accounts are optional, required or disabled.

If you disable them, the account links in the footer stop resolving. Remove them from your footer menu.

## Classic vs new customer accounts

Shopify offers two systems. SUPRA styles the **classic** templates, which are the ones that live in the theme.

If you switch to **new customer accounts**, Shopify hosts those pages itself and the theme's templates aren't used — the pages will look like Shopify's rather than like SUPRA. That's expected, and it's a trade you're making at the Shopify level rather than anything the theme can style.
