Colors & Mode

Light/dark seed colours and mode.

SPLY is built on two seed colours — one for light mode, one for dark. Surface, text and border shades are derived automatically from each seed.

How to access

Theme settings → Colors and Theme settings → Mode

Off-white base for light mode. Surface, text, and border shades are derived from this.

Soft charcoal base for dark mode. Shades are derived from this.

Mode shown to first-time visitors. Returning visitors keep their last choice (unless the toggle is hidden).

When off, the site stays locked to the default mode above.

Note — Because product images are transparent cutouts, they float on either background; you don't need separate artwork for light and dark.
