A stark, frosted email capture popup for list building. It slides up from the bottom of the screen.

### Enable popup

On / off toggle.

### Heading

Text field.

### Text alignment

Choose: Left, Center.

### Input placeholder

### Description (below heading)

Text field.

### Button label

### Success message

Text field.

### Delay before showing

Adjustable value (in s).

### Days before showing again after dismiss (0 = once only)

Adjustable value (in d).
