Help (FAQ)
Your FAQ, as 98's Help Topics.
Your frequently asked questions in a Help window that looks like Windows 98's Help Topics: each question is a closed book in the Contents, and clicking it opens the book onto its answer. With more than three questions there's a Find box at the top that narrows the list as the shopper types. A line at the foot sends anyone still stuck to your contact page.
Shoppers open it from Help in the Start menu, or from a Help icon on the desktop if you add one.
Setting it up
Theme editor → in the sidebar, find Help (FAQ) (it's on every page, like Policies).
It comes with four sample questions. Click each Question block to rewrite its question and answer, delete the ones you don't need, and Add block → Question for more. Drag them into the order you want.
Optional: Text above the questions — a sentence of welcome.
Optional: add a Help icon to the desktop — in the Desktop section, Add block → Help icon.

Answers are rich text: links, bold, lists. A link to your refund policy or size chart page fits right in.
