Email Sign-up
A sign-up dialog that asks for an email a few seconds in.
A dialog that opens by itself a few seconds after someone arrives and asks for their email. It's off until you turn it on.
It's the Email sign-up section in the theme editor's sidebar.
Where sign-ups go
Straight into your Shopify Customers as people who accept email marketing, tagged newsletter. No app needed. Filter Customers by email subscription to see them, or by the tag to see just this dialog's.
When it appears

Closing it is remembered in the visitor's own browser, so they aren't asked again until the days are up.

Editing it
It never opens by itself in the theme editor. Select the section and it opens; move to another and it closes. Closing it while you work isn't remembered as a real dismissal.
