Contact

Pages, and the contact form.

Pages open as windows with your page content inside. The Page section can add a contact form to any of them.

The contact page

  1. Create a page under Online Store → Pages — call it Contact, so its address is /pages/contact, which is where the desktop's Contact shortcut points.

  2. Under Theme template on the right, choose contact.

The contact template always shows the form, under whatever you write on the page.

The form

Name, email, a Subject dropdown, and a message. A subject that asks for it brings up an Order number field too. Messages arrive at your store's sender email, set under Settings → Store details.

Subjects

Add a Subject block for each choice in the dropdown — "General question", "Order help", "Wholesale". Rename, reorder or delete them in the sidebar. Tick Ask for an order number on a subject (Order status and Returns & exchanges come ticked) and choosing it shows an Order number field, which arrives as its own line in the email.

With no Subject blocks — on a page using the plain page template with the form switched on, say — the dropdown still appears, with General question, Order, Returns & exchanges, Product question and Other; Order and Returns ask for the order number.

A form on any other page

On the ordinary page template, turn on Show contact form in the Page section to add the form under that page's content.
