Customer Accounts

How customer accounts work with EXP-98.

EXP-98 uses Shopify's own customer accounts. Sign-in, order history and addresses are hosted by Shopify and look like Shopify's pages rather than the theme's — the theme ships no account templates of its own.

Turning accounts on

Accounts are a Shopify setting, not a theme one — Settings → Customer accounts in your admin.

When they're on, the Start menu gains an Account entry that takes customers to sign in or to their account. When they're off, the entry isn't there.
