# Video Hero

A full-bleed video hero with optional text overlay.

## How to access

Add the **Video Hero** section to any page in the customizer.

## Video source

### Video source

Choose where the video comes from:

* **Shopify hosted** — Use a video uploaded to Shopify Files.
* **YouTube / Vimeo URL** — Use a video hosted on YouTube or Vimeo.

### Shopify video

Upload a video in **Settings → Files**, then select it here.

### YouTube or Vimeo URL

Paste a full YouTube or Vimeo video URL.

## Playback

### Playback behavior

* **Autoplay (muted, looping)** — Plays silently in the background.
* **Click to play** — Shows a play button over the video poster.

## Content overlay

### Show text content

Display a heading, subtext, and button on top of the video. When off, only the video shows.

### Heading

Default: `New Collection`.

### Subtext

Optional supporting text.

### Button label

Default: `Shop Now`.

### Button link

Where the button links to.
